“The internship went smoothly, with a well-organized process and manageable workload that allowed steady adaptation. The working environment was relaxed and supportive, and although Western communication felt direct at first, it helped improve cross-cultural communication skills. Key responsibilities included learning equipment operations, assisting with raw material procurement, and participating in drawing design. The experience strengthened technical skills, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and communication. For future interns, regular English speaking practice is recommended to communicate confidently and build connections in a multicultural workplace.”
