Logistics and Supply Chain Internship Review from Dung

Logistics and supply chain management intern Dung from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

“My time as a Logistics and Supply Chain Management intern has taught me a lot both professionally and personally. I have been able to expand my skill set and strengthen the skills I possessed coming into this position. It taught me how to multitask, present a presentation with a higher position, and meet with my colleagues and supervisors. My time doing the internship showed me that I am truly passionate about logistics and supply chain management and their approach opened my eyes to how to effectively work with operations and management. Their unique way of providing informative training and learning was very effective as I managed to focus on one task to another and they helped me to improve and be confident. The various tasks I completed allowed me to understand what my strong suits are and what I want to work with in the future. Working with the Development team was a new challenge for me and resulted in a very gratifying experience. I was able to learn about transferring a big deal, prepared to focus on the new car model for our launch next year, and catching up and following up with manufacturing car models. My overall experience was an amazing one and I’m happy that with this internship experience, I’ve learned a lot and developed new skills. Every person I worked with was exceptional at their job and welcomed me with open arms. The unique approach taken with their work on various logistics and supply chain management is essential at this time in our country. My internship experience has positively affected both my professional and personal life and I will forever be grateful for that. I will definitely recommend this internship to my friends and family.”
