The internship tasks listed here give an overview of what you are likely to observe and be involved in during the Supply Chain Management internship program placement.
Assist the logistics team with daily operations, which may include monitoring shipment schedules and tracking the movement of goods across the supply chain network to ensure smooth operational flow
Be involved in compiling, checking and organising documentation and records required for logistics, freight and trade
Assist in maintaining open communication lines with suppliers, transport providers or internal teams to ensure timely workflow updates and coordination
Support the team by entering data into internal logistics management systems and assisting in the preparation of regular operational reports and tracking updates
Assist with various day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects within the logistics and/or customer service departments as requested by supervisor
