Real Estate Internship in Sydney

Assist with market and property research on local property trends, comparable sales data, zoning restrictions and potential buyer demographics across Sydney

Support the preparation of real estate documents, tenancy agreements, property listings, sales marketing collateral and compliance documentation

Observe client consultations, open house inspections and property viewings (when appropriate) to learn face-to-face negotiation, leasing procedures and customer service standards

Help organise and maintain electronic property files, database contacts, CRM systems and real estate management software (such as REOS) to support compliance and administration

Draft summaries, inspection feedback logs, social media copy and internal memoranda under supervision regarding property features, vendor reports or market updates

Participate in discussions with real estate agents and property managers on sales campaign strategies, marketing impact and asset management processes
