Construction Management Internship in North East Melbourne

Be involved in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimation reporting and cost forecasting in both project and tender stage

Assist with developing site feasibility and due diligence study and cost estimation

Be involved in the preparation of tender documentation process including tender proposal, preliminary construction program, cost breakdown and pricing schedules

Assist with financial management of claims, invoicing, purchase orders and progress payments, etc.

Be involved in preparing SWMS and OH&S requirement documents for each project

Experience liaising with authorities for issue of required permits, compliance certificates etc.
