Assist with legal research on Queensland legislation, case law, and procedural rules relating to compensation claims and criminal defense
Support the preparation of legal documents, initial briefs, insurance correspondence and court submissions
Observe client meetings, mediations, and court-related proceedings in Brisbane (when appropriate) to understand diverse client intake and mobile legal service delivery
Help organise and maintain electronic case files and document management systems to ensure smooth administrative workflows
Draft summaries, case notes and internal memoranda under supervision regarding medical evidence or criminal matters
Participate in discussions with solicitors on case strategy, file management and client communication
