Observe and take part in maintenance tasks, such as updating software patches, performing system backups, monitoring system performance and ensuring security protocols are followed
Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users, such as software malfunctions, hardware problems or network connectivity issues
Experience providing technical assistance to users, including guidance on using software applications, setting up email accounts, resetting passwords and troubleshooting basic problems
Get hands-on experience in providing support via phone, email, or ticketing systems, logging user requests, prioritising issues and escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed
