Electronics Engineering Internship Review from Ruimin

Electronics engineering intern Ruimin from the University of Adelaide.

“My overall experience during the internship was very positive. The communication within the team was smooth, and every discussion helped clarify the direction of the projects and how tasks should be carried out.

The work environment was excellent, and my colleagues were very welcoming. In addition to managing my own small projects, my supervisor also included me in other initiatives and allowed me to observe the process. Whenever I had any questions, I could approach my supervisor, who was always patient in helping me find the right solutions. My tasks included participating in testing the company’s newly developed AI Q&A project. These projects had not yet been delivered to clients, so my supervisor assigned me to test them to ensure the functionality and performance met the required standards.

This internship taught me a great deal about AI, which was a field I had no prior knowledge of. It also improved my ability to interact with colleagues and gave me valuable experience in a professional setting. I recommend that students prepare for potential interview questions in advance and think about how to answer them. Additionally, when working with a supervisor, it’s important to be proactive in answering questions and show your thought process and attitude.
