Even if you are here to work or for an internship, the atmosphere in the CBD (Central Business district) is not the same as other metropolitan cities in Europe, there is not as much pressure and it is not as stressful.

Even though Sydney is not the most fashionable city in the world, you will be happy to discover big malls all over the city which are the best places to hide when it is 40 degrees outside!

1.Circular Quay

Circular quay is one of the main places that you have to visit when you’re coming to Sydney. It is where the Opera House is located, where you can enjoy great concerts and the Harbour Bridge (which you can also climb). From here it is easy to reach Manly Beach or Taronga Zoo thanks to Ferries. All around Circular Quay are great Cafes and Restaurants, where you can drink with your friends and have fun!
2. Districts

Of course, in the city of Sydney there are some districts that you have to visit. For instance, there is The Rocks, which has the best restaurants of the city. The architecture looks old and the atmosphere is pleasant.
On the other hand, if you are fed up with Sydney and want to travel, in 5 minutes you can go to Chinatown, here you will find asian restaurants, and the design of the district will put you overseas.
3. Centrepoint Tower.

Centrepoint tower (also known as the Eye Tower) is located in the center of the city. Here, there is a big mall and a lot of restaurants. But the main attraction, right to the top, you can have an amazing panoramic view of Sydney! Thanks to this tower, you can see the Darling Harbour, Circular quay, beaches, etc.

Of course, no matter if you are a man or a woman, it is indispensable to do shopping, we always need new shoes! In the city, you can shop in outdoor malls such as Pitt street and Town Hall, as well as indoors at the Queen Victoria Building, and in Martin Place Westfield.
5. Darling Harbour

You must go at least once to Darling Harbour! Here there are a lot of activities that you can enjoy.
You can go to see wild animals in the Wild Life Park, marine animals in Sea Life, advanced animals in Madame Tussaud’s. You will also find great restaurants, clubs and bars where you can view and enjoy fireworks every Saturday night at 9:00 pm.
6. Beaches

When you want to get some fresh air or practice sports, you can go to Hyde park or the Botanical gardens. Here you can also appreciate beautiful landscapes in a peaceful atmosphere.
