Types of tasks
The intern will be required to undertake some but not limited to the following tasks:
The methodology that shall employed is ‘learning by doing’. The intern by the end of the three-month period will have acquired valuable experience, however the level of performance expected from the company will be high.
With regards to the training, the intern shall be provided with reference material in written and electronic format, which they will have to study on their own. In addition, after they have studied that material they may be required to complete tutorial exercises. Once these steps have been completed, the intern will be provided with feedback on performance, answer questions and be provide with guidance.
Following this phase, the intern will be ready to undertake tasks, assigned by the host company. The host company shall support the intern when tasks have been assigned in the following manner:
In addition, an hourly meeting shall be conducted once a week to discuss progress and issues that the intern may encounter.
The host company is an agile company and conducts much of assigned work from client sites. However, the company has an office is Sydney where there are hot desks for the intern to work from.

Although the host company will not be responsible for candidate medical or health related issues, there may be actions that the company can undertake to manage potential risks.

As part of the Product Support team you will be responsible for managing all areas of Supplier Support. This entry level role is vital to the operations of the business and will allow the selected candidate to refine key skills needed in the job market. Full system training will be provided.
The intern would be part of the team and be under supervision of the Manager in Byron Bay.
The intern would be introduced to the company and would learn skills needed to run day to day task.
Task can include but are not limited to the following:
– Maintaining email support requests
– Checking and approving product submissions from Suppliers
– Providing system support to suppliers via email and phone
– Create newsletters for suppliers and agents
– Data entry tasks
As well the intern could take on own projects (depending on skills) and help the manager to develop a manuals for communication and marketing material.
